First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study compares three rehabilitation approaches for people recovering from stroke: mirror therapy, cognitive orientation to daily occupational performance (CO-OP), and conventional occupational therapy. 45 adults with subacute or chronic stroke will receive one of these therapies for 4 weeks, combined with robotic balance training. Researchers will measure improvements in movement, daily activities, and quality of life at the end of treatment and after 3 months to see which approach is most effective.
