Summary
This study aims to find the best type of rehabilitation training to improve hand and arm function for people who had a stroke at least six months ago. Researchers will compare three different training approaches that focus on movement, sensation, or a combination of both. They will use brain scans and functional tests to see which method helps patients the most in daily activities and quality of life.
