Summary

This study tested whether a drug called Cytoflavin, which fights cell damage, can help people recover better after a stroke. About 240 adults who had a stroke in the past 3 months took either the drug or a placebo alongside standard rehab. The goal was to see if the drug improves their ability to perform daily activities like walking or talking.
