Summary

This study looks at whether a cardiac rehabilitation program can improve recovery for people who have had a stroke. Researchers will enroll 150 stroke survivors and add cardiac rehab to their usual care. They will measure walking ability, daily function, and whether the program reduces hospital readmissions or repeat strokes.
