Summary
This study looks at two ways to help people who have had a stroke become more active. It compares a structured exercise program in a special facility to a self-guided program at home. The goal is to see which approach helps increase daily steps and improve quality of life. The study involves 40 adults who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and can walk for 6 minutes.
