First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study compares two ways of doing physical activity for people who had a stroke at least 6 months ago and still have some weakness on one side. It will test if a structured program in a special facility works better than a self-guided program at home. The main goal is to see which approach helps increase daily steps and improve quality of life.
