New exercise technique tested for stroke recovery

Summary

This study aims to see which of two exercise methods works better for improving leg strength and balance in people recovering from a stroke. It will compare a newer, lower-intensity training method with traditional strength exercises. The goal is to help stroke survivors move better and reduce their risk of falling.
