New exercise method tested to help stroke survivors regain strength and balance

NCT ID NCT07292675

Summary

This study aims to see if a gentler leg exercise method is as good as traditional strength training for people recovering from a stroke. It will compare how both methods affect leg muscle power and balance. The research will involve 80 stroke survivors who are 3 to 12 months post-stroke and can walk with or without an aid.
