New balloon technique aims to prevent stroke in High-Risk patients

Summary
This study tests a gentler balloon angioplasty to open narrowed brain arteries in people who recently had a minor stroke. The goal is to see if the procedure is safe and can restore blood flow, potentially preventing future strokes. About 159 participants will be followed for one year to check for safety and effectiveness.
