Faster stroke scans could speed Life-Saving treatment

Summary
This study is testing whether a simple, widely available CT scan works as well as more complex imaging for selecting stroke patients who need a procedure to remove a blood clot. Researchers will compare outcomes for patients selected using each method to see if the simpler approach leads to similar recovery results. The goal is to help hospitals provide faster treatment decisions, especially where advanced imaging isn't available.
