Hope for hand recovery: study tests if Late-Stroke finger movement is possible

Summary

This study looks at whether people who had a stroke more than 6 months ago and cannot move their fingers can regain that ability. Researchers will use brain stimulation and electrical muscle therapy to see who improves. The goal is to understand which patients are most likely to recover hand function.
