Could gentler blood pressure control make stroke treatment safer?

NCT ID NCT07279259

Summary

Researchers will compare two blood pressure management strategies in 340 stroke patients receiving clot-busting medication. The main goal is to see if the adjusted approach reduces dangerous brain bleeding while still helping patients recover function.
