New arm therapy shows promise for stroke recovery

Summary
This study tests a special arm exercise therapy for people who recently had a stroke and have trouble reaching outward. 86 participants will receive either the new therapy or standard care during rehab and be followed for a year. The goal is to see if the therapy helps reduce arm stiffness and improve movement.
