New arm therapy aims to restore reach after stroke

Summary
This study tests a special arm exercise therapy for people who recently had a stroke and have trouble reaching outward. About 86 participants will receive either the new therapy or standard care during rehab and be followed for a year. The goal is to see if the therapy reduces arm stiffness and improves reaching ability.
