Summary
This study tested a 12-week training program (app and group sessions) for over 2,300 healthcare workers in Mexico. The goal was to see if it could lower stress, burnout, and inflammation while improving well-being and job performance. Participants were randomly assigned to the training or a waitlist, and tracked for nine months.
