Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week training program (called the Integrated Stress Toolbox) could help healthcare workers in Mexico feel less stressed and burned out. Over 2,300 participants were randomly assigned to either the training or a waitlist. The training included an app and group sessions. Researchers measured changes in distress, well-being, and job performance over nine months.
