NCT ID NCT05425511

Summary

This study is testing whether relaxation and communication techniques can reduce stress and improve well-being for hospital staff. It will enroll 200 hospital workers who report feeling stressed. Participants will learn sophrology (breathing and mental imagery exercises) and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) strategies, and researchers will measure changes in stress using questionnaires and physical markers like heart rate.
