Summary
This study is testing whether relaxation and mental training techniques can reduce stress and improve well-being for hospital workers. It will enroll 200 staff members who report feeling stressed. Participants will learn methods like controlled breathing and visualization, and researchers will measure changes in stress levels using questionnaires and body measurements like heart rate.
