Summary
This study tested whether a daily 20-minute stress reduction program (gentle stretches and breathing exercises) could help caregivers of stem cell transplant patients. Fifty-three adult caregivers participated, with some doing the program and others receiving standard education. The goal was to see if the program lowered stress, anxiety, and fatigue, and improved overall well-being.
