First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 38 times

Summary

This study tested whether a daily 20-minute stress reduction program (gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation) could help caregivers of stem cell transplant patients feel less stressed and healthier. 53 adult caregivers participated for about 2 months. The goal was to see if this simple program improves mood, sleep, and overall well-being compared to standard caregiver education alone.
