Summary

This study tests whether starting a stress-reduction program before chemotherapy can improve mood, stress, and physical symptoms in women with newly diagnosed breast cancer. About 62 participants will be enrolled at MD Anderson. Researchers will track changes in patient-reported outcomes and biological markers like inflammation and cortisol.
