Summary
This study tested two different 8-week virtual group programs designed to help parents of children with learning and attention difficulties. The goal was to see if these programs were practical and acceptable for reducing stress and improving parents' well-being. Researchers compared a mind-body resiliency program to a general health education program to gather initial feedback from 28 participants.
