Summary

This small pilot study tested two different 8-week virtual group programs designed to help parents of children with learning and attention difficulties. The goal was to see if the programs were practical and acceptable for reducing caregiver stress and improving well-being. Researchers compared a mind-body resiliency program to a general health education program to gather initial feedback.
