Summary
This study looked at whether a stress management program called Pythagorean Self-Awareness Intervention could help breast cancer patients who finished treatment (except hormone therapy). 120 women participated, and researchers measured stress, anxiety, and biological markers like telomere length. The goal was to see if managing stress could improve both mental and physical health.
