Summary
This study tested a 10-week in-person stress management program for Spanish-speaking Hispanic men who had treatment for prostate cancer. The program taught relaxation and coping skills to help improve quality of life, reduce distress, and ease symptoms. 188 men took part, and researchers measured changes in symptom burden, fatigue, pain, and overall well-being.
