Summary
This study is testing two different wellness programs to help Black and African American women who are caregivers for family members with Alzheimer's or other memory problems. The goal is to see if these programs can lower stress and improve blood pressure control. Researchers are comparing a mindfulness program, a heart-healthy diet program, and a combination of both, all delivered through weekly online group sessions.
