Summary

This study is testing two different wellness programs delivered through video calls to help Black women who are caregivers for family members with dementia. The programs combine mindfulness exercises with a heart-healthy eating plan tailored for Black Americans. Researchers want to see if these approaches can help lower stress and improve blood pressure control in this high-risk group.
