Summary
This study aims to find out how common a widened aorta (the large artery leaving the heart) is among experienced weightlifters aged 35 and older. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure the aorta in 45 people who have been lifting weights for at least 5 years. The goal is to better understand any potential risks of long-term strength training on heart health.
