First seen Apr 19, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at how to fairly compare muscle strength among healthy women of different sizes. Researchers will test trunk, hip, and knee strength in 112 women and see whether using body weight or body mass index (BMI) gives more consistent results. The goal is to improve how strength is measured in future studies.
