Lung cancer showdown: surgery vs. radiation in High-Risk patients

Summary
This study compares two treatments—minimally invasive surgery and targeted radiation—for people with early-stage lung cancer who are considered high-risk. About 182 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see which approach better prevents the cancer from coming back and improves quality of life.
