Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of an investigational drug called STR-P004 in adults with autoimmune diseases that have returned or not responded to standard treatments. The study will enroll 39 participants with conditions like lupus and inflammatory myopathies. Researchers will carefully test different dose levels to find the safest and most effective amount.
