Summary
This early-stage study is testing the safety and initial effectiveness of an experimental drug called STR-P004 in adults with autoimmune diseases that have returned or haven't responded to standard treatments. The trial will enroll 39 participants with conditions like lupus and inflammatory muscle diseases to find the safest dose. Researchers will carefully monitor participants for side effects while gathering preliminary data on whether the drug helps control their disease.
