Summary
This study is testing whether a special web app that uses interactive stories and a relatable character can encourage Latinas with anxiety or depression to start mental health treatment. It will compare this story-based app to one that just provides standard information and videos. The goal is to see which approach is better at helping 700 eligible women in Los Angeles and Orange County take the first step to get professional help.
