Simple movement tests may predict ACL Re-Rupture risk
NCT ID NCT04162613
First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study followed 201 young people who had ACL knee surgery to see if simple movement and balance tests could predict whether they would tear the graft again or hurt the other knee. Participants were tested 8-16 months after surgery and tracked for up to 3 years. The goal was to find early warning signs of re-injury, not to test a new treatment.
