Summary

This study looks at using a special type of radiation (SBRT) to treat kidney cancer in people who cannot have surgery due to health risks or personal choice. The treatment delivers high doses of radiation in just a few sessions, is non-invasive, and does not require anesthesia or hospital stay. The goal is to see if it can control the tumor and become a standard option for these patients.
