Summary
This study tests whether a 5-day course of the steroid methylprednisolone can help adults with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury recover better. About 520 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, added to standard care. Researchers will check brain function, survival, and side effects over 6 months.
