Summary

This study tests a program called SC-POWR for 204 people with opioid use disorder and long-term chronic pain. Participants receive medication, therapy, exercise (like Wii Fit and Tai Chi), and stress reduction techniques for 24 weeks, then are followed for another 24 weeks.
