Summary
This study tested a tailored exercise program for older adults who are starting to become frail and are at risk of losing function after a hospital stay. Researchers worked with 40 people aged 60 and older to see if a strength-based home exercise plan could help them stay independent. The goal was to gather information on how well the program works and how it might be used in the future.
