First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at whether placing a temporary tube (stent) after ureteroscopy for ureteral stones is really necessary. Researchers will compare pain and complication rates in 60 adults who either get a stent or not. The goal is to see if skipping the stent can reduce discomfort without increasing risks.
