New stent shows promise in unclogging heart arteries

Summary
This study tests a newer drug-coated stent (Resolute Onyx) against an older one (Resolute Integrity) in 550 people with blocked heart arteries in China. The goal is to see if the new stent works better at keeping arteries open after angioplasty. Participants receive one of the two stents during a standard procedure to restore blood flow.
