Summary

This study tests whether a stem cell transplant from a healthy donor can control peripheral T-cell lymphoma in patients whose cancer hasn't responded to standard treatments. Participants receive chemotherapy or antibody therapy before the transplant to prepare their body. The goal is to improve survival while reducing complications like graft-versus-host disease.
