Summary

This study is following 20 adults with a rare, inherited brain disease called CSF1R-related leukoencephalopathy. Researchers want to see if a stem cell transplant can stop or slow the disease's progression. They will carefully measure changes in patients' thinking skills, movement, and brain scans over time after the transplant.
