Summary
This study tests a stem cell transplant using a milder chemotherapy combination (treosulfan and fludarabine) followed by donor stem cells and drugs to prevent graft-versus-host disease. It includes 132 people aged 2-75 with blood cancers like AML or MDS. The goal is to see if this approach improves survival at 100 days and reduces transplant-related deaths.
