Summary
This early-phase study tests whether a combination of stem cells and a special liquid (conditioned medium) can help repair brain damage after an acute ischemic stroke. The treatment involves delivering the liquid through the nose and injecting stem cells directly into the brain. The study includes 15 adults aged 25-60 with moderate to severe stroke symptoms.
