Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people who recently had an ischemic stroke. It combines a nasal spray of conditioned medium with a direct injection of umbilical cord stem cells into the brain. The goal is to see if this helps the brain repair itself and improve recovery. The trial includes 15 adults aged 25-60 with moderate to severe stroke symptoms.
