Summary
This study is testing a new treatment for people who recently had a stroke. It combines two substances derived from umbilical cord stem cells, given through the nose and directly into the brain, to try to help the brain repair itself. The goal is to see if this approach can promote the growth of new brain cells and improve recovery.
