Summary
This study tests whether stem cells from donated umbilical cords can help people with liver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B. The goal is to improve liver function and reduce the need for a liver transplant. About 12 adults with advanced liver disease will receive the stem cell treatment and be monitored for safety and effectiveness.
