Summary

This early-stage study tests a new cell therapy called REGEND007 for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The treatment uses special airway stem cells given through an IV to try to repair lung tissue. The study will include 12 adults aged 40-80 and will focus on safety and how well the therapy works.
