Summary
This early study will test whether injecting a patient's own stem cells into the small intestine is safe and might help control type 2 diabetes. Researchers will enroll 15 adults with type 2 diabetes to see if this targeted approach can improve the body's response to insulin and reduce medication needs. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if the procedure is practical.
