Summary

This study tests if injecting lab-grown heart muscle cells into the heart can help people with advanced heart failure. About 80 adults with severe symptoms will receive the cells or a placebo during bypass surgery. The main goal is to see if they can walk farther in 6 minutes and have fewer heart-related problems.
