Summary

This study tests whether injecting lab-grown heart muscle cells into the heart during bypass surgery can help people with severe chronic heart failure. About 36 adults with damaged heart tissue will receive the cells directly into the heart muscle. The main goal is to check safety and see if the treatment improves heart function.
