Could stem cell exosomes help stroke patients recover?

Summary
This study tests whether exosomes (tiny particles) from stem cells can help people who recently had a stroke. About 29 adults aged 18-70 will receive either the exosomes or a placebo through an IV. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also see if it improves recovery.
