Scientists test tiny stem cell packages to heal stroke damage
NCT ID NCT06138210
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether tiny particles called exosomes, collected from human stem cells, can help the brain heal after a stroke. Researchers will give these particles through an IV to 29 stroke patients within 7 days of their stroke to check if it's safe and if it might improve recovery. The study will test three different doses and compare results against a placebo.
